what error are you getting when trying to program it? You may also want to post your compiler version. _________________ Vinnie Ryan |

The most likely problem is that your ICD-U40 doesn't support 3.3V devices, and the 18f26k20 won't program at 5V. I ran into the same thing when I tried programming 18f46k20s with my ICD-U40. |

ICD-U40 can program 3.3V devices, e.g. PIC24F. There have been problems with previous programming software versions, but it's O.K. at least with CCSLOAD. |

Not all of them, and certainly not mine. Older versions won't do 3.3V devices. He may have a %V-only device that needs to be upgraded by CCS before it will work with J/K devices. |

I have purchased an unit ICD-U64 (software 4.019, firmware 2.73, hardware rev2).
By using CCSload I can programming a PIC18f26k20 but I can't debug this part with debugger in PCWH.
Any suggestion please? |
