ICD-U40 REV1 pic16f1938 no program

I have an old ICD-U40 REV1 and wanted to program a pic16F1938 with ccsload.
The test on target is OK but when I try to program it does not pass verification, or even if the gate when I run the test gives me error.
All signs of PGD.PGC.MCLR are OK, the ID is read correctly.

Is it possible that my ICD-U40 REV1 can not program the PIC16F1938? Sad

You need to email CCS and ask them about this. Maybe they will offer
to upgrade your ICD. But you need to email CCS support.
