can any one send me the header file for PIC18F2221 microcontroller

Try searching the forum.
The .h file, _will not give you support for a processor_. The support is built into the .dat file that is part of the compiler.
If you have the 'windows' compiler version, then you can add a processor to this, using the device editor. However the best/easiest way is to update the compiler.
