Where could I find documentation about CCS IDE?

Hi everybody,

I looked for documentation about CCS IDE (PCW) in some locations and find nothing.
I'm especially interested in documentation about meaning of data generated in statistics (.sta) file.

Does anybody know where I can find such a documentation?
