Ram shortage

I am trying to gather 65536 1 byte (8 bit int) data points, and was wondering if there are any pics that have enough ram to store that much data (so somewhat more than 64KB) or if there is a way to use external ram to store the data.

Look at the Ramtron products. These are faster than normal eeprom.

The "density" values are in bits. Divide that by 8 to get the number
of bytes.

Be sure to look at any errata documents that the chip has, before you
design it in.
