Buying USB Bootloader code

I need to purchase PIC side and PC side CODE for a USB bootloader. The loader would ideally be able to load an encrypted file into a 18F2550 and 18f4550. The PC side can be written in Delphi 7 or VC2003.

The problem with most commercial packages is that the PC side code is not available which means that I cannot incorporate the bootloader into my own product.

Any ideas where I can purchase the code? And yes, I am not being funny, I know exactly how much effort goes into code development, I have money, but no time.
