How to send a zero length packet from mpusbapi.dll

I'm working with 18f2550 in a bulk transfer mode, it works ok.

I am trying to send data from the pc to pic using the mpusbapi.dll , but I need to send a zero length packet to the pic to indicate the end of transmision.

I thougth the driver do it automaticaly when the length of last packet is the same of the endpoint. but it doesn't.
