ICD U40 as a Programmer |

After debugging (works well) I can't program mine PIC (18F8722) with this ICD... I think there is something wrong with mine fuses but what???
I disabled ICD=TRUE compiled it again and uses the ICD.exe tool to program the PIC... It seems to go allright but mine program will not run...
Anybody a clue?????
