Sorry my bad english!
I need good layout in powerline whit car/boat power.
I regulated 12 volt DC -> 5V DC 7805-regulator, but
when i need "run" my boat DC-motor (viper or waterpump)
my PIC-system "tilt" then i must reset PIC-system.
Can enybody help me?

Sounds like you might need an inductive/capacitive filter for your power going to the PIC circuit. Also, make sure you have filter capacitors next to each IC in your circuit to help with noise and spikes.

In addition to what RNielsen said, make sure that you have catch diodes for the motors.
If you need to solve the conductive noise problems in the most generic way, galvanically isolate the PIC from the high-noise environments of the motors.
