Porting CCS TCP/IP stack for use with Frame Thrower II

Just curious if anyone has ported the CCS modified Microchip TCP/IP stack to use with the Frame Thrower II board. I've been at it for a day or two now and I'm chasing my tail around through all of the code.

I think I've corrected all of the pinout differences, but I'm still missing something. Darren, if you have any ideas on this one, I sure could use some guidance here.
