PIC18F45J10 wrong flashsize & wrong timer0/3 up to V3.24

Hi,

the device PIC 18F45J10 is unusable, the flashsize is with 8KWords only the half real size (16KWords), Timer3 is not avaible and wrong defines for TIMER0 (prescale, 8/16switch,...)

the PIC18F25J10 has the right flash size, defines for timer0/3 is wrong...

If you have PCWH, it's possible that you can fix at least some of
these problems by editing the PIC's attributes with the Device Editor.
