pic12f675 == internal RC ==4000000HZ

PUTC(X) WORK ARE VERY GOOD! BUT GETC() CAN'T WORK !!! WHY ? HOW CAN I DO?? Confused

Check the datasheet to see if the internal RC is accurate enough. It should be within about 3% for reliable RS232. If this is just an experiment you may be able to measure your actual clock speed and give that exact speed to the compiler. However the speed of the RC may vary with voltage, temperature, etc..
