Help! zigbee beaconed tree network

I' m working with Freescale MC13192-EVB, and I' using MAC stack 802.15.4 version 1.061.
I would try to built a beaconed tree network.

In particular I need to use
MLME-MAINTENANCE-SCAN.request
MLME-MAINTENANCE-SCAN.confirm
MLME-BEACON-START.indication
as written in 802154MPSUG.
But them are not explained.
Do anyone know how can I do?
Or if is not possible?
