Problem with pic16f84a

Has anyone ex[perience a problem using 20Mhz crystal with the pic16f84a?
What is the value of capcaitor required for this frequency.I seem to be having a problem with 20Mhz & 68pf grounding capacitors.

The data sheet says they should be 15-33pf. See page 22.
