RS-232 cable

The RS232 cable that comes with the USB Dev kit, is it a custom cable? Does any one know where to find something similar, mini din to DB9F or 3.5mm stereo to DB9F. I've done some searching but have come up empty, but will keep at it. Any help would be great.
