there three months l get icd debugger. l'm using MPLAB v5.7, but it doesn't recognise icd debugger. when l open option dialogue box of mplab debugger, it chows me that l need firmare v2.00 or greater.
Some one can help me to find solution of it ?

What debugger do you have ?

1. CCS ICD-U40

2. CCS ICD-s40

3. Microchip original ICD

4. Microchip ICD2

consider getting a newer version of MPLAB. I use 7.21 for some time now, maybe there is an even newer version.

CCS ICD S-40 cannot be used with MPLAB IDE. They can only be used with CCS Software(ICD control program and PCW/PCWH debugger)
