Is there a way to communicate at higher clock rates? Say 230400, etc ... Most PCs now adays support the higher data rates and was wondering if the PIC I selected or any other PIC can support the higher data rates.

If the PLL multiplier is used, does the BRG get set by the external crystal (10Mhz) or the clocked multiplied (40Mhz) clock? Looks like it's the clock multiplied.
