Switchable clocks speeds on 18Fxx2

I'm considering using the dual-clock speed function on the 18Fxx2 family in an upcoming project, but I can't seem to find out how to switch between clock sources in C. I'm sure it's a very small thing I'm missing, but if anyone has implemented this, please let me know!

Look in the manual (or the help file) at the setup_oscillator() function.

Look in the .H file for the constants used with that function.
