mi debugger is dead?

Hello:

I write them again. -
Using the ICD 40U, I stop to work without reason. I was verifying with the software and I have seen that it doesn't leave the rb6 sign and rb7 for what seems that this exits burned. -

Can I measure if they leave the 18f252? Which the pins would be in the micro?. -

Is it possible to change this micro? Of to be this way that software would have to load him as bootloader?. -
I wait their prompt answer. -
