I've got some code where I can see the following...

#define BANK1
#define BANK2
#define BANK3

...

BANK2 WORD rxout;

I'm using PIC18F452 which has 16 BANKS. Why just 3 of them are defined? What does the last line mean?

maybe access bank...

may-be it has something to do with access bank????
let me know if you got a solution.
I encountered with a bank issue today.... I found that I have to adjust the bank bits
have you met this issue before
