I want to build a PCB according to PICDEM.net board's schematic since our application have too limited space for a PICDEM.net demo board. However, I cannot find a vendor in US that carry the network interface chip RTL8019AS used on PICDEM.net. Anyone have the similar situation and can give me hints? Thanks a lot. I've tried digikey.com and realtek.com.tw with no results.

You can go to the US distributer and ask for samples:

Or, you can buy them online (but minimum quantity = 10 chips):
