We are still using MPLAB 5 with the PICstart Plus and would like to start using the 18F4680's but I don't see the part listed when I try to start a new project. I know this isn't an MPL ...

if you have a newer version of PCH, they should be in the directory in which you installed CCS. Check .\examples\.

Thanks for your help. The problem was the
enable_interrupts(GLOBAL) in the interrupt function. I commented it out and it worked fine.
